CJ began his career as a law clerk at The King Law Firm, where he developed a foundational expertise in personal injury, family law, criminal law, business law, and estate planning. Following his promotion to Partner, he significantly expanded his reach through public service. In 2023, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Orleans Parish, followed by an appointment as an Assistant Public Defender for the 14th, 15th, and 27th Judicial Districts. In these roles, he has been entrusted with advocating for underserved clients, leveraging his dual experience as a former prosecutor and defense attorney to provide comprehensive legal support.
